I am currently sitting at my desk at the labs in jeans and a wooly jumper. I have a summer top underneath, but it would be madness to wear just that since its still FREEZING!!!!Next saturday is my birthday, and more than the disbelief of being 26 is the disbelief that I will be celebrating my birthday in 10C weather! It really is astonishing how cold it is here. Gone are the days when I could celebrate my birthday by sunbathing on the beach, and wearing sunny dresses!!
Its these little things that make you realize how much your heart aches for home sometimes. You might take the girl out of the mediterranean, but I can guarantee that you will never be able to take the mediterranean out of the girl!
