Back to Edinburgh
No matter how many times you make the trip, having to leave home again and go back to Edinburgh is always a little tough. I am sitting in my room, looking around. Everything is all packed, and I have some time to have a look around to make sure that I haven't left anything behind. There are pictures of friends hanging, and the room reminds me of my childhood. I guess its this that is always hard to leave behind.
But I must look forward. Edinburgh is lovely and I am looking forward to seeing the city again. It is New Year's Eve weekend too, which means that it will be a blast. I have a lot of work that I enjoy to get back to. Most importantly, Dave will be there too. This is my new home and its where I am going to stay, for the next few years at least!

The best thing about friendships
Its Brilliant having photos. You can really see time go by. And photos can show you that although time passes, friendships can brave the journey. The first photo is of me and three of my oldest friends, Danae, Tasha and Lara, back when we were 16 or 17 years old. The other more recent photo is us again. The photo was taken today!
Thanks girls for being there through the years, through distance, through relationships, through troubles and joys. May our friendship remain as strong for the years to come!

The day I never thought would arrive! MSc Graduation, 30th November 2005, Edinburgh. It felt so so good to finally have that degree in my hands!!
New Year Resolution
I promise as a New Year's Resolution to update my blog regularly from now on! This resolution has been made since of late I have been receiving a lot of queries as to why I have stopped blogging.
My honest answer to this is that I honestly got too busy to keep updating my blog. Its been such a time of change for me, that I have found it hard to think things through, let alone be able to write them out for others to read!
Anyway, I promise to jot thoughts down again on my blog. I have heard that writing helps to clear the mind and organize your thoughts. I suppose this is a wee experiment to see if that is true!
